How much is the flat fee?

Why don’t you charge a commission?

Because it doesn’t make sense.

How much could I save compared to a traditional agent?

On a typical Bend area home, a 5 to 6 percent commission can easily add up to $40,000 or more.

With a flat fee, our sellers keep a significant portion of that. I’m happy to walk through the numbers with you so you can see what it looks like for your property.


Is this full service?

Yes.

You get professional support from start to finish. No short cuts, no gimmicks. You’re not doing this on your own. We are licensed and experienced professionals that act as your fiduciary by law. 

Will my home be listed on the MLS and major real estate sites?

Yes, absolutely. But we don’t stop there. We are listing specialists and go beyond the MLS with a syndication that promotes the listing to all the major real estate platforms, other Brokerages’ websites, Social Media sites and more - to ensure maximum exposure.

Do I have to handle showings myself?

We coordinate showings and schedule them efficiently. You will not be scrambling to keep up to date. We simply ask that you make sure the property is ready to be seen

What happens when offers come in?

We review all offers with you, clearly and strategically, so you can choose the best path forward. We advise, you direct.

What if I need help during the process?

You’re not doing this alone. We guide you through each step so you always know what’s happening and what comes next. If something comes up, we handle it together or we simply take care of it. This is what we do

How is this different from a discount broker or selling on my own?

If you sell on your own, you’re responsible for everything and may not have the experience to market the property at the highest level or remove liabilities involved with real property and the legal parts of the process. 

With discount brokers, the service is often limited and varies to the level of experience or expertise that can be gained.
